Pairing a Revolabs Solo Tabletop Wireless Microphone

For security purposes, a Revolabs microphone must be “paired” with its charger base to create an encrypted communication channel. Each microphone in new systems will need to be manually paired prior to first use. When pairing has been completed successfully between a microphone and base, it should not need to be done again.

To pair a Solo Tabletop microphone with the charger base:

  1. Holding the microphone in your hand, make sure it is turned OFF. To do this, press and hold the microphone MUTE button until its LED turns solid red (about 10 seconds), then release. (Do not release the button earlier when you hear two beeps.) The unit is now off.
  2. Press and hold the microphone MUTE button for about 8 seconds to enable pairing mode. When the LED turns solid GREEN and then solid RED, release the MUTE button. The microphone is in pairing mode.
  3. Press and hold the charger base MUTE button for about 8 seconds until the LED turns solid RED, then release. Within a few seconds pairing will be complete, indicated by double flashing RED on both the microphone and the charger base.
  4. If pairing fails on either unit, the LED will flash alternately GREEN and RED for several seconds then turn off. If this happens, repeat these steps for pairing.
